If there are any areas that you feel you are holding more stress, stay there for a moment while you repeat relax the " what ever area" more completely with each breath you take.
Allowing the sense of comfort to sink in and let go of any stress, sometimes just a moment of relaxation is all you will get, don't worry about that remember you are growing your ability to fully relax each time you do a mind training session and it will increase over time. Start where ever you are and trust that over time you will gain greater ability to relax over time.
When you are fully relaxed, tell yourself to imagine a comfortable spot in nature that is both safe and completely free of stress.
Don't expect anything unnatural, just a peaceful sense of centeredness is what you are aiming for.
