More in-depth:
Hypnosis is about logically approaching the creative mind, there is nothing too weird about it.
We go in and out of the hypnotic state several times throughout the day. And, we know that the subconscious mind is more open to suggestion in the hypnotic state, so the goal of hypnosis is to get to the hypnotic state and use repetitive suggestions combined with emotional content to target our motivations, in order to change our thought patterns and our habits.
That's about it, except for one other factor...YOU.
To succeed at anything in life, you have to want to succeed. Hypnosis can clear away mental obstacles in your path, making it easier, but hypnosis is not going to make you quit smoking if you have no desire to quit smoking. If you have ever tried to quit before then you have desire.
More and more people are turning to hypnosis everyday because they see how effective it is compared to other treatments.
You could be one of these successful people...if YOU want to.
